Holger Micheel-Sprenger is an entrepreneurial personality with over 30 years of experience in the international healthcare sector. Main topics: Corporate management, technical and medical-technical administration in hospitals, master planning and business organization.

Wolfgang Möller is an executive with many years of experience in the healthcare sector, including healthcare management, healthcare development and key international projects.

Rembert de Villa was Global Business Leader of EXL Healthcare (NASDAQ: EXLS), which focused on analytics and operations management offerings in care management, program integrity and customer engagement.

Doug Wolfgram led development in LendingTree's Health Tree division, building medical content sites covering a variety of conditions. Mr. Wolfgram developed expertise in interactive communications technology as founder and CTO of The Learning Network and GRAFX Group.
