This "Fully Integrated Circle Of Care" from Smart Care combines software and hardware components to enable a wide range of high-quality virtual care and supply solutions. In hospitals, nursing homes or even at home, patients can benefit from the digital added values.
With digital technologies, we provide patients with access to home monitoring models and thus continuously improve the treatment experience. At the same time, high-quality healthcare is ensured by selected service providers.

Your profile
- Startup mindset and hands-on mentality
- Analytical thinking and acting skills
- Solution-oriented and structured work
- Business fluent in German and English
- Good communication and moderation skills
- Basic understanding of (digital) healthcare market and policy
- First relevant experience in project management or startups
- Interest and/or initial knowledge in designing, developing and bringing software solutions to market.
- Sound education and/or academic degree, e.g. with a focus on business administration or health management
Your tasks
- You independently take responsibility for the implementation of defined and conceptually elaborated projects and sub-projects
- Depending on the requirements of the project, you assemble an interdisciplinary team of external and internal service providers and plan the project in all dimensions
- As an independent person, you report directly to the management as well as to the stakeholders involved, e.g. in the areas of Regulatory Affairs (DIGA), Tech Support or Market Access.

- LAMP Stacks (Linux, Apache, Mysql and Php)
- Javascript Framework (Jquery, Backbone. Handlebars)
- CSS Front End
- CodeIgniter framework (or similar MVC PHP framework)
- APIs and other third-party interfaces
- WebRTC Video, Pusher RTC, Plivo SMS
- additionally preferred MERN stack
Your tasks
- Establishment of technical interfaces to other digital platforms
- Analysis and review of an innovative digital care model
- Technical incorporation of further development steps in close coordination with management
- Monitoring of data collection and processing from integrated third-party providers
- Independent monitoring, analysis and refinement of smooth data exchange using HL7
- Establishment of a quality management system and further processing
- Securing the FHIR server for API access as well as managing the server structures.
